BS6 Bajaj Pulsar 125 split-seat version to be priced at Rs 79,079
The higher-spec Bajaj Pulsar 125 has begun reaching select dealerships in India. According to dealers, the premium version of the company’s most affordable Pulsar is priced at Rs 79,079 (ex-showroom, Pune). The on-road cost, meanwhile, is Rs 96,842.
At this price, the BS6 variant costs around Rs 9,000 more than the BS4 model. When compared to the standard Pulsar 125, this split-seat version costs around Rs 4,000 more than the disc-brake equipped version. The difference in cost between the standard and split-seat models remains unchanged.
Like before, the additional Rs 4,000 gets you a split-seat configuration, belly pan and revised graphics. While the tank shrouds were a feature exclusive to this variant during the BS4 period, they have become part of standard equipment across the Pulsar 125 range with the switch to BS6.
In terms of competition, the Bajaj Pulsar 125 goes up against the Honda SP 125 and the Hero Glamour.
