Husqvarna entered in Indian market wih two unique products Vitpilen 250 & Svartpilen 250

Husqvarna the subsidiary of KTM now in India

We have seen Husqvarna bikes in Hollywood movies but now we can ride it on Indian road as KTM India recently brought this unique machine to us and declared that Husqvarna is going to be delivered from KTM showrooms all over India

Understanding the mixed demand of the market and enthusiasm of Indian customers towards machine KTM realized that this is the right move to invest as he had already seen big growth with Duke and RC now he brought Husqvarna to us

This Swedish motorcycle maker has a big history in the production of bikes however till I noticed Husqvarna is more famous in the motorcycle world by his production of the motocross bike

At the launch, two unique products were presented

Vitpilen 250 and Svartpilen 250

Witnessing both, one is a character of cafe racer ( Vitpilen ) and another one is a class of scrambler ( Svartpilen )

Coming to the specification of Vitpilen and Svartpilen 250 both these bikes are powered by the same engine we have seen in KTM 250 even the power deliver is same as we have seen in KTM Duke 250 however looks and design is more of unique
sitting posture of Vitpilen is a lot more like cafe-racer on another side Swatpilen is cruiser riding posture plus Vitpilen offer normal radial tires although Swatpilen comes with the stock dual-purpose tire which simply means the purpose of both these machines is different

we can recognize the contrast in both these bikes as Husqvarna said the idea of both the bikes is offbeat even the market segment is rare till now in India so we are expecting a good response

looking at the exhaust, it looks so appealing, coming from the catalyst box down from engine it goes up with muscular design which resembles alike aftermarket however bringing your eyes at the end the back LED light placed in the middle of frame remind you about KTM, It does have a metal finish look from tank and goes till the end of length without any break which looks odd to me as there is no graphics as well, the speedometer is circular and fully digital which is placed in the center, headlamps are also circular and fully LED

Both the bikes offer front up-side-down suspension enabling better body balance and ride quality, the seat position and design of both the bikes are the same though the rear grab rail in Swatpilen is more purposeful the front mudguard has a curvy custom look, The big square radiator give bold look to the bike.
little detailing all over the motorcycles give a premium makeover like reflector at the side of front suspension, texture on the handle grip plus badging on fuel tank cap and a lot more

Swatpilen is more of cruiser so the company also offered a piece of metal or plastic not confirm yet on tank which is for placing a bag or small stuff on it, this is what we use to install aftermarket  or have to buy magnetic tank pad when we plan for long ride, Husqvarna offers such kind of accessories in stock and that is appreciating

So overall the features of both these bikes are up to mark even appearance is bold and when these bikes are powered by the same engine we have seen in KTM, no doubt the performance would be impressive for sure

Price -

Starting from 1.8 Lakh ex-showroom as Husqvarna announced
both bikes have different customer reach and will definitely hit the target

Personally, I have not seen any negative in these bikes. Yes, there are some minor things which should be designed as per the Indian market however I said minor and that is okay
