Discounts of up to Rs 30,000 on Tata cars via Click to Drive

Tata motors is offering discounts and benefits on select models all through April, via its recently launched ‘Click to Drive’ digital sales platform. With the nationwide lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, this service has been rolled out to help anyone looking to buy a car during this time, among other reasons.
This platform allows prospective  buyers to purchase new Tata cars online, without the need to visit the showroom. When it comes time to take delivery, the buyer can choose to collect from the dealership or get the car delivered to their house.

Tata Harrier
Up to Rs 30,000
Tata recently updated the Harrier with BS6-compliant engines, additional equipment and a much-awaited automatic gearbox option. In the transition to the stricter emission norms, the 2.0-litre diesel engine saw a bump in power to 170hp. The Harrier was the first model in Tata’s line-up to be underpinned by a Land Rover-derived platform, and it was positioned on the higher side of the midsize SUV segment where it rivals the MG Hector. The Harrier's large dimensions, sharp styling, spacious and well-equipped cabin are some of its highlights. Anyone looking to buy a new Harrier can get discounts and benefits worth up to Rs 30,000 via the ‘Click to Drive’ platform.

Tata Tigor
Up to Rs 25,000
Earlier this year, Tata also gave the Tigor compact sedan a facelift and an updated BS6-compliant petrol engine. The 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine now puts out 86hp and 113Nm of torque (which is 1hp more and 1Nm less than the BS4 version). The carmaker dropped the diesel engine option from the range. What the Tigor has going for it are its fastback-like profile, spacious and comfortable cabin and the value for money proposition. The drawback is the not-so-great fuel economy from the BS6-compliant petrol engine. Dealers are offering discount up to Rs 25,000 via the new digital sales platform.

Tata Tiago
Up to Rs 20,000
The Tata Tiago was also facelifted alongside the Tigor earlier this year. It too received a BS6-compliant 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine now puts out 86hp and 113Nm of torque. There is no diesel engine on offer. The Tiago has a well-laid-out cabin that feels upmarket for its segment. The 4-star Global NCAP rating also helps increase it appeal. Though as with its sibling (Tigor), the Tiago too has mediocre fuel efficiency figures. However, discounts and benefits worth up to Rs 20,000 can be availed on the new online sales platform.
