Hyundai Venue with customized dual-tone interiors: Check it out on video

Hyundai Venue is one of the popular cars in the sub-4 meter SUV segment. It competes with cars like Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300 and Ford EcoSport in the segment. Venue became popular among buyers in a very short span of time and is now a very common sight on our roads. Many have also started modifying the Venue to meet their personal preference and we have featured a couple of such examples on our website. Here we have a video that shows a Hyundai Venue that has been customised from the inside and gets a dual tone interior.

The video has been uploaded by Car Stylein on their youtube channel. The video starts by showing the changes made to the car. The car gets a dual tone theme for the interiors. Starting from the door pad where it gets a black hard plastic and tan colour soft touch material on the door pad. The area around the power window switch has also been customised and gets a wooden insert.  Moving inside, the dashboard gets a the standard black colour whereas the the air con vents, arear around the infotainment area all get the wooden panel insert. The lower portion of the dashboard gets the tan colour to maintain the dual tone theme inside the cabin.

The faux wooden inserts are seen around the gear lever area too. The tan colour inserts are given on A, B and C pillar as well. The seats get the dual tone finish too. The head rest and the rear portion of the seat gets a black finish whereas the front of the seat gets tan coloured faux leather seats with extra cushioning for added comfort. Same theme is followed for the rear seat as well. The steering wheel also gets a wooden insert and dual tone steering wrap. Overall the interior of the car looks premium than before. The overall cost of this customization according to the video is around rs 35,000 and the prices will vary depending upon the work and the material used.

Coming back to Hyundai Venue, it is available in three engine option – a 1.0 litre three cylinder petrol, a 1.2 litre naturally aspirated petrol and a 1.5 litre diesel engine. The turbo petrol engine gets the option of a DCT gearbox apart from manual whereas the other two engine comes with a manual gearbox only. The 1.2 petrol gets a 5 speed manual while the 1.5 diesel gets a 6 speed manual.
