This is the world’s most POWERFUL new Suzuki Jimny [Video]

This year at the Auto Expo Maruti Suzuki had showcased one of the most awaited cars Jimny at their pavilion. Maruti Suzuki might be launching the all-new fourth generation Jimny in Indian market later next year. Jimny has been on sale in the international market for quite some time and here we have seen video that shows Jimny doing proper off-road activities. Here we have a video of unique modified Suzuki Jimny which is likely to be the world’s most powerful one so far. It makes 200 Bhp, and the stock 1.5 liter K-Series petrol engine is heavily modified for the power boost.

The video has been uploaded  by Auto Focus on their youtube channel. The video shows a tastefully modified Suzuki Jimny Sierra which is the short wheelbase, 2-door version of the SUV. The modifications have been done by Philippines based Auto Plus Sportzentrium.

From the outside it looks like as if cosmetic changes are only made to the car but, in reality this Jimny is probably the most powerful one in the world and is capable of generating a maximum power of 200 hp. In order to achieve this figure, the modification house had imported a custom made turbo kit from UAE. The kit was later installed on the Jimny with other minor tweaks to generate the magical 200 hp mark.

Other changes made to the car include the stickers on the side panels to give it a sporty look. The alloy wheels have been updated and as the power of the Jimny had gone up the modifier has also upgraded the brakes for better stopping power. The suspension has also been modified and the car now sits lower than the stock version.

The exhaust pipe has been modified too. It now gets a free flow exhaust that comes out from the side of the car similar to the one we have seen on Mercedes AMG G wagen. At the rear, the spare wheel has been removed to shed some weight for better performance and on the inside the Recaro seats have been installed too. Overall, the work done on the Jimny looks neat and the final product looks beautiful.

Currently Jimny is manufactured in Japan only. Maruti Suzuki was planning to start the production Jimny in India for International markets. But with the ongoing situation in country it seems like the production will only be starting once the situation improves. The long wheelbase version is likely for India.
