Maruti NEXA discounts for June 2020: Ignis to XL6

Maruti Suzuki is India’s largest car manufacturer and they have started operations in their manufacturing plants and dealerships across the country post the Corona Virus lockdown. The Corona virus and the nationwide lockdown has definitely affected the automobile industry, which is now on the path to make a comeback by generating positive customer sentiments and offering discounts. Maruti is offering discounts on their cars sold via Nexa dealerships for the month of June.

Maruti Ignis

It is an entry level model sold by Maruti Suzuki via Nexa dealerships. The Ignis got a facelift and a BS6 compliant engine earlier this year. It is available with a petrol engine, with both manual and AMT gearbox options. Maruti is currently offering Rs 15,000 cash discount, Rs 15,000 exchange bonus and Rs 3,000 corporate discount on Sigma variant. The Delta, Zeta and Alpha variants get Rs 10,000 cash discount, Rs 15,000 exchange bonus and a corporate discount of Rs 3,000.

Maruti Baleno

The premium hatchback is available with a petrol engine only. It competes with cars like Hyundai Elite i20 and Honda Jazz in the segment. It was one of the first vehicles in Maruti’s line up to get a BS6 compliant engine. Maruti is currently offering Rs 15,000 cash discount, Rs 15,000 exchange bonus, Rs 3,000 corporate discount on Sigma variant. Delta, Zeta and Alpha variants get cash discounts worth Rs 15,000, an exchange bonus worth Rs 15,000 and Rs 3,000 as corporate discount.

Maruti Ciaz

This mid-size sedan competes with cars like Honda City, Hyundai Verna and Skoda Rapid in the C segment. Just like any other Maruti car, it is also powered by a petrol engine only. The 1.5 litre petrol engine is mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic gearbox. The Sigma, Delta, Zeta variants are offered with a cash discount of Rs 10,000 along with exchange bonus worth Rs 20,000, and corporate discount of Rs 5,000. The Ciaz Alpha variant does not get the cash discount.

Maruti XL6

The premium version of Ertiga MPV is available with the same 1.5 litre petrol engine with manual and automatic gearbox. Maruti is offering a maximum discount of Rs 10,000 which includes exchange bonus only. The only vehicle in Nexa’s line up yet to get a BS6 engine is the S-Cross. Maruti had unveiled the petrol version at Auto Expo earlier this year and will be starting to accept booking for the same soon. A launch is expected later this month. The facelifted S-cross will borrow the 1.5 liter K-Series petrol engine from the Ciaz and Ertiga.
