This is the sportiest Maruti 800 you will ever see [Video]

Maruti Suzuki 800 was the first made-in-India front-wheel-drive car that changed the market scenario completely. The Maruti Suzuki 800 was in production for decades before it was pulled off the market. The car went into production in 1983 and was available in the market till 2014. There are quite a few very well-maintained stock Maruti Suzuki 800 hatchbacks in India while there are a few that are aggressively modified and make the Maruti 800 hatchback look sporty and modern. Well, here is one such modified Maruti Suzuki 800 that has been modified by incorporating modern features. Here are all the details.

The video has been uploaded by Dajish P. The Maruti Suzuki 800 shown in the video has been extensively modified and it gets new parts all over. The front of the vehicle gets a new grille that has multiple horizontal slats. The grille also encompasses the headlamps that are very modern and get projector headlamps. There are also circular LED DRLs that give a unique identity to the car. The bumper of the 800 is also custom made and gets a mesh grille and there is a front spoiler too. The bonnet lid has bonnet pins for quick release.

The front profile of this modified Maruti Suzuki 800 looks quite interesting as it also gets flared wheel arches and wide aftermarket tyres with negative camber. It adds an aggressive look to the car. The flared wheel arches add a wide-body look to the 800 and make it look very aggressive.

At the rear, there are not many changes in this 800. It gets stock tail lamps but what makes it look sporty is the cycle rack. Apart from that, there is a badge from “Carbon Racing” on the car. It also gets an electric sunroof, which is quite big in size. The rear bumper gets a mesh integration and there are dual exhaust pipes coming out.

The biggest changes in the car are inside the cabin. While the dashboard is stock and there is no additional equipment installed, the seats and the door panels are all red now. It looks extremely good and sporty. The seats are racing bucket types and even the manual gearshift lever is from Sparco. There is an even a bass tube installed in the car, which ensures proper beats and bass notes.

It is not known if there are any changes done to the engine but it does sound much different from the stock one, especially because of the exhaust. The total cost of the modifications are not known but it seems like a lot of money. Nonetheless, this all-black 800 will surely turn a lot of eyes on the roads.
