Renault Triber imagined as an adventure-ready vehicle [Video]

Renault launched their new sub-4 meter compact MPV Triber in the Indian market last year. It is quite well in terms of numbers and is the second most popular vehicle from the brand after theKwid at the moment. The Triber quickly became popular among buyers because of its proportionate styling, flexible seating and of course, the sharp pricing. We are yet to see some wildly modified Triber in the country but thanks to some of the render artists who frequently come up with different styles and modifications for cars from their imagination, we have a Triber Adventure edition on render. Here we have a video that shows an adventure-ready version of the Renault Triber MPV.

The video has been uploaded by SRK Designs on their youtube channel and the artist has named this render as Renault Triber Adventure edition. Starting with the changes, the most noticeable change on this MPV is the front itself. The front fascia has been totally modified, and replaced with a face that we have seen in Kwid hatchback.

This give it a more adventure ready and rugged look with LED DRLs on top and the headlamps being positioned on the lower part of the bumper. The bumper itself sees couple of revisions to make it more adventure ready. There is a black coloured skid plate on the bottom as well. Coming to the side profile, there is a chunky looking tyre with dual tone multi-spoke alloy wheels. The wheel arches, lower part of the doors all get black cladding that give it a more rugged look. Apart from that nothing much has changed in the Triber Adventure edition.

Another addition is a sturdy looking luggage rack that can be used for carrying luggage or a spare tyre as there is literally very little space inside the car with all the three rows up. A piece of LED bar is also installed to make the experience of driving the car at night a bit more comfortable.

All these changes have definitely given the Triber an adventure ready look and the final product looks very pleasing. Triber is currently powered by a 1.0 litre, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine and comes with manual and AMT gearbox options. A much more powerful 1.0 litre, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine will also be made available in the MPV in the future.
