This Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza wants to be a Land Rover [video]
Maruti Suzuki Brezza is the most popular compact SUV in the sub-4 meter segment. It has been in the country for a while and is now a commonly spotted SUV on our roads. Brezza is also a car that is quite popular among buyers who love modifications. There are several examples of modified Maruti Vitara Brezza in the country and here we have one that has been extensively modified inside out and gets a Land Rover grille at the front.
The video has been uploaded by PR Play on their youtube channel. The video starts by showing a base model Maruti Vitara Brezza SUV that has been extensively modified as per customer’s request. This is a diesel model and used to come with a 1.3 litre unit with manual and AMT gearbox options. The owner has gone for several modifications on the outside. Starting with the front, it get s Land Rover style front grille which enhances the overall look of the car. The headlights are now smoked and are dual projector units with dual function LED DRLs.
A body kit is installed at the front and there are LED DRLs installed around the fog lamp as well. Moving to the side profile, it gets an aftermarket alloy wheels and the ORVMs and roof are all wrapped in white to give it a dual tone finish. Moving to the rear, there are aftermarket LED tail lights that give a distinct look to the car at night. Apart from there are lights under the side cladding of the car that can be controlled by a mobile application.
On the inside, it gets an all-black interior with diamond stitching on the seats, roof and the door pads. There are faux wooden inserts on the door and there is an aftermarket Android touchscreen infotainment screen too. It even offers 360 degree camera feature and the audio system has also been upgraded.
Overall, the car looks pretty good with all the modifications and the work done on it is very neat as well. The overall cost of these modifications according to the owner was around Rs 75,000- Rs 80,000. The Brezza seen in the video is the older diesel version and the current version is only available with a 1.5 litre petrol engine. The engine comes with manual and automatic gearbox options.
