BS6 CFMoto 650GT to launch soon

CFMoto India has taken to social media to tease its upcoming BS6-compliant 650GT.

A few weeks after CFMoto teased the 650NK, the Chinese company took to social media to reveal that the BS6-compliant 650GT is also on its way. The GT, as the name suggests, is the sports tourer, designed for long-distance touring. The 2021 650GT is expected to be quite similar to the previous-gen model apart from a few tweaks that help it meet the stricter emission norms.

One can expect it to use the same design as the BS4 model. Some design highlights include the large fairing, adjustable windshield (which can be raised by 60mm) LED headlamps with an L-shaped DRL and a 19-litre fuel tank. CFMoto is also expected to carry forward other mechanical bits, like the frame and suspension without any changes. 650GT specific features included a 5.0-inch TFT digital instrument panel that features two layouts (Touring and Sports), a USB charging port and a 12V power socket to charge smartphones. These are also expected to make their way to the 2021 model.

We are yet to learn about the power and torque figures of the BS6-compliant model. For reference, the BS4-compliant 650GT made 62hp and 58.5Nm.
